The USPTO announced the increase in Patent and Trademark filing fees beginning January 2, 2021!! The changes are as follows:
• TEAS STANDARD application increased from $275 per class to $350 per class. That is an increase of $75.
•TEAS PLUS application increased from $225 per class to $250 per class. That is an increase of $25. Most Cerebral IP clients use the TEAS Plus application.

Remember that these filing fees are MANDATED by the USPTO and are separate from Cerebral IP fees (one of the lowest in the industry & flat rate only! No hourly billing!)
